Collection & Delivery Service

We offer a local collection and delivery service for customers who are within 10 miles of Burton on Trent.

Please note: Your HOT TUB will need to be fully emptied, deflated, and folded ready for us to collect and they must be in a suitable condition to transport.

• Set-ups on delivery are also available at a cost of £10. This includes; a hot tub inflated in an area of your choice, lid inflated, pump connected & initial shock dose of chlorine included. (A filter can also be provided for an additional £5)

Call-Out Service

We offer a FREE local call-out service for all cleans and puncture repairs that have already been located if you are within 10 miles of Burton on Trent. If you are outside of this area you will be charged a travel fee based on the distance from our postcode – our standard travel cost chart can be found in the “hire” section.
If you require a call-out for a full puncture inspection to locate and repair a puncture then a call-out charge will be applied – this charge will cover a 2-hour time slot and if the Puncture is not located within this time frame you will be required to re-book for a later date. The call-out charge will still be payable and will be applied again at your next 2-hour appointment.
