Booking Checklist
- Mains power supply within 7 meters of the Hot Tub (extension leads cannot be used)
- Outside tap with correct adaptor to fit your hose pipe
- Hose pipe set up & ready to use
- Suitable drainage (please inform us beforehand if you have artificial grass)
- Suitable flat ground (patio or grass)
- Direct outdoor access to the garden area within a reasonable distance
- Suitable Driveway/road side parking with no double yellow lines
- if you have a dog could you please ensure any mess is cleared away from the garden before delivery, and ensure the area is cleared ready for set up.
Deposit
If you meet all the requirements on the ‘booking checklist’ please contact us to pay a £50 damage deposit. Once this deposit is paid, your dates have been secured. The full hire amount is due on delivery and the deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of collection, providing there is no damage to any of our equipment.
Cancellations Policy:
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before delivery – no further payment is required.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of delivery – 50% of the remaining balance is payable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery – the full balance is payable.
Change Of Dates Policy:
- Date changes must be requested at least 14 days before delivery.
- Only one date change per booking is allowed.
- A £20 admin fee applies to all date changes.
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- New dates must be within 3 months of the original booking.
- Requests made within 14 days of delivery will be treated as a cancellation.
Weather Policy:
Hot tubs are suitable for use in most weather conditions. Cancellations or date changes due to rain, cold weather, or general poor weather conditions will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that extreme weather makes installation unsafe (for example severe storms, flooding, or high winds), we will rearrange your booking at no extra charge.
Important! Information
Delivery
You will be allocated a 1-hour time slot the day before delivery.
We always try to arrive within this time slot but it is only an estimated time and we cannot be held responsible if we arrive later due to traffic or attending an emergency call out.
If you are not available for your allocated time slot, unfortunately, we won’t be able to carry out your hire.
Please note: Your deposit is non-refundable in this case.
Collection
You will also be allocated a 1-hour time slot for collection.
If you are not available at the time of collection as arranged and we are unable to access the Hot Tub or a power supply you will be charged at a fixed rate of £50 per extra night until we can gain access and when we are next available for collection.
We will try our best to allocate you a specific time slot if needed but this is not always possible.
Please let us know before booking if you require a specific delivery time and we will try to allocate this for you!
